CAMHS ADHD Assessment

Diagnosis

This is in line with targets for trust-levels, and shows a focus on improving efficiency and capability across the CAMHS System. The team utilized an approach to change and Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles to drive positive changes within the ADHD process.
